How do I suggest recording to a patient?
Keep it simple: it helps you stay present in the session and not miss details. The data is protected and they can say no at any time, with no consequences for their therapy.
What if the patient prefers not to be recorded?
No problem. Work with notes and text, or upload your own summary after the session.
Does all the data stay in Italy?
Clinical data is processed in Europe (EU/EEA). The few exceptions for technical services are listed in the DPA, section 11.
What happens when the service ends?
